The vacation residence is located on a 1,600 square meter plot on a hillside with a magnificent view of the sea and the Teide. Facing west. The house has a separate, 75 square meter guest house (the vacation home) with its own entrance, parking spaces and its own infrastructure.
THE CUBE was designed by a Swedish architect in the Bauhaus tradition and was completed in 2023. Jacaranda
Jacaranda is located on the mountain above Mesa del Mar and offers a great view over the sea, the north coast of Tenerife, the Teide and Puerto de la Cruz.
You will experience every day the sunset in the sea and with good visibility the view to the neighboring island La Palma. In only 20 minutes you are in Puerto de la Cruz as well as in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. In 5 minutes you can reach the lava beach of Mesa del Mar and a natural pool where you can swim safely all year round.
What does Jacaranda mean? Jacaranda is a tree from the tropics from Mexico to Brazil. It blooms in a beautiful purple color from late April to early June. You can see especially many trees in Santa Cruz along the streets (Las Ramblas) as well as in the city park Garcia Sanabria.
What does the apartment Jacaranda offer?
The two room apartment Jacaranda in Mesa del Mar (Tacoronte) is 30 m² large. It consists of a living room with fitted kitchen (18 m²) a large bedroom (12 m²) with two single beds, a shower room and a large, sunny, south-west terrace with 40 m². The apartment is designed in African style. The terrace overlooks the garden, which is lovingly landscaped with endemic Canarian and tropical plants from all over the world.
